How to Order
Step 1 - Send you order, wording and deposit
Once you have chosen your design and are happy to go ahead with your order please let me know the items, quantities and the wording you would like to use for your stationery. Please also send a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Step 2 - Approve your PDF proof
I will send you a full colour PDF via email within a week of receiving your deposit. It is very important to get your stationery right so I am happy to send you as many proofs as you require. Please check everything very carefully at this stage and please take your time. Any mistakes spotted after the final approval cannot be changed or refunded. When you are completely happy with your stationery proof and you have approved it I will be able to send it to print.
Step 3 - Pay the remaining amount
I will require the remaining 50% non refundable payment before printing can fully begin. You can expect to receive your stationery within 2-3 weeks after payment has cleared. Octavia Plum accepts bank transfers and personal cheques via post. Please email me for details at vici@octaviaplum.com
Step 4 - You recieve your lovely stationery!
Once your stationery has been printed I like to approve it and assure it is of the highest quality. Then it will be beautifully wrapped and despatched to your chosen address. All deliveries are made using Royal mail recorded delivery or courier service depending on the size of the order.
